Returns and Refunds

How La Saani reviews product issues, damaged parcels, change-of-mind requests, and approved refunds.

Please contact La Saani before sending anything back. Include your order details, the item, and clear photos if the item is damaged, leaking, incorrect, or not as described.

Because perfume oils are personal-use products, returns need to be reviewed before a remedy is confirmed.

Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items

If an item is faulty, arrives damaged, is incorrect, or is significantly different from what was confirmed, La Saani will review the issue and arrange a suitable remedy.

Nothing on this page limits any rights you may have under Australian Consumer Law.

Change of mind

La Saani does not promise change-of-mind refunds after an order has been confirmed, packed, handed over, or shipped.

If you contact La Saani quickly before fulfilment, the order may be adjusted where practical. Opened or used perfume oil products generally cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless there is a product issue.

Fragrance preference

Fragrance preference is personal and is not usually treated as a product fault. If you are unsure which oil to choose, ask for fragrance help before confirming the order.

Refund method

Approved refunds are usually returned to the original payment method where practical. Timing can depend on the payment provider or bank.
