Current order handling

La Saani orders are currently confirmed manually through Instagram or email. Before payment, La Saani will confirm the bottle, fragrance, quantity, delivery or pickup details, and final total.

This keeps stock and fragrance availability clear while the full ecommerce backend is being prepared.

Delivery areas

Australia-wide shipping can be arranged where practical. Local pickup, market handover, or local delivery may also be offered depending on the order and current availability.

The available option will be confirmed before payment so there are no surprises after you order.

Timing

Packing and delivery timing depends on stock, order size, and the delivery method. La Saani will provide the expected timing when confirming your order.

If an order is time-sensitive or intended as a gift, mention the date needed when you message.

Shipping costs

Shipping or delivery costs are confirmed before payment. The final cost may depend on destination, parcel size, and whether the order is shipped or handed over locally.

Damaged parcels

If a bottle arrives damaged or leaking, contact La Saani as soon as possible with your order details and clear photos of the parcel and item.

Keep the packaging until the issue is reviewed, as it may be needed to assess the best remedy.
